Last updated: 26 October 2026. Sub-processors we use for Halvista. We notify customers by email at least 30 days before any change. The German version is legally binding.

Services connected by the customer
The customer connects these services with its own accounts. They are not sub-processors of Halvista; their providers’ terms apply, and they may process data outside the EU:
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. or WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.)
- Telegram
- The customer’s mailboxes with its own email provider
- Shop systems and other integrations (for example Shopify, WooCommerce, DHL)
