How we start

You do not need to change your shop, your booking system or your phone numbers. We start carefully, with your team in control.

  1. Day 1 Connect. In a short call we connect your channels and your shop or booking system, and load your knowledge: website, FAQ, price list.
  2. Week 1 Drafts. The AI writes replies as drafts. Your team checks and sends them with one click, and we adjust tone and rules together.
  3. Then Live. You choose the topics the AI answers on its own. Everything else goes to your team with a summary.

Questions about price

What counts as a conversation?

All messages from one customer in one channel within 24 hours count as one conversation. If the customer writes again later, a new conversation starts. Spam, auto-replies, our notifications and internal notes are not counted. AI replies are not counted separately.

What happens if we go over the limit?

There is no surcharge and no automatic upgrade. New AI replies become drafts for your team for the rest of the month, and we suggest the larger plan.

Are the prices with or without VAT?

Without. All prices are net, plus VAT at the applicable rate. Halvista is offered to businesses only.

How do I cancel?

Write to us at any time. Your plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no annual contract and no minimum term.

Is there a free trial?

No. The first month is paid and you can cancel after it. Before you decide, try the public demo or ask us for a call.
